The fee includes:
- Transportation between the airport of Thessaloniki (SKG) and the conference venue (weekends only)

The fee does not include:
- Excursion
- Hiking to Mt. Olympus

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Committee of the Olympian Symposium. The cancellation policy is the same for any fee type (PhD student, Early bird, Regular fee, Late fee), including the fee for accompanying persons.
- For cancellations received until March 31, 2026: full refund minus 50 Euros processing fee
- For cancellations received between April 1 - 30, 2026: 50% refund
- For cancellations from May 1 onwards: no refund
How to pay the fee
After completing your registration, you will be directed to the appropriate payment links. The final payment is processed through the external OpenWays website, to which you will be automatically redirected from the Olympian Symposium site.
