The organizers have secured special prices in various hotels in Paralia during the conference week. The booking process is solely done through the site of the OpenWays company who manage the organization of the Olympian Symposium 2026.

How to book a room
Mediterranean hotels
For any of the Mediterranean hotels (Village, Princess, Resort), please go to the website of the hotel and in the booking process use the code "OLYMP" to unlock the listed prices and offers. You will pay directly in the hotel's website
Rest of hotels
For all the rest of the above hotels (Yakinthos, Regina Mare, Ioni, Zefyros, Atlas), please send an e-mail request to events@openways.gr describing your needs. A team member of the OpenWays company will contact you providing information about your booking.
Notes
Cancellation policy
Please refer to the cancellation policy of each hotel.
Climate crisis fee
The climate crisis resilience fee is charged per guest who used the room, and it is imposed after their stay at the accommodation and before their departure from it.
E.g. for a double room at Mediterranean Village, each night will cost 136+15+15 = 166 Euros for the room or 83 Euros per guest.
Dinner
Participants who stay at "Mediterranean Princess" and "Mediterranean Resort" can have their dinner at "Mediterranean Village" (conference venue) at no extra cost.
For participants who stay elsewhere and would like to have dinner at "Mediterranean Village", the price is 20 Euros per dinner.
Transportation
For participants who stay at "Mediterranean Princess" and "Mediterranean Resort" there will be free transportation 2 times per day; one in the morning before the start of the conference, one after dinner.
Additional transportation can be offered by the conference at additional cost (OpenWay's car | bicycle rental). Further info will be added in due course.
