Participants are kindly asked to prepare their posters in A1 size (maximum) and in portrait orientation. The dimensions for A1 are 594 × 841 mm (approximately 23.4 × 33.1 inches).
Poster Book
We strongly recommend that all participants send their final poster to tbisbas@gmail.com, as we will circulate an online “Poster Book” including all submitted posters just before the start of the conference, to maximize visibility of your work. For participants who do not submit a poster file, their submitted abstract will be included instead. However, we strongly encourage you to consider submitting your final poster version.
The deadline is on Thursday 14 May.
Poster Printing Service
For your convenience, we also offer a poster printing service. If you choose to use this service, you may send your poster to the same email address (tbisbas@gmail.com) respecting the same deadline (May 14), and the organizing team will print it locally and display it at the conference venue on your behalf.
IMPORTANT: When you send your email, please state that you wish your poster to be printed. In case you do not mention it, we will assume that it will be a simple submission for the above poster book and we will not print it.
The cost for this service is 20 Euros per poster. Payment can be made at the registration desk upon arrival (cash is preferred; VISA credit/debit cards are also accepted). An invoice will be provided.
